BELLO BLINDS

At first I liked this guy and they had a good price for two small skylight "duvet-like" covers. He was personable and seemed very professional. But then, several months went by and I heard nothing about my order. I called and it seemed as if they had forgotten it or something. I asked to be reminded of the color I had ordered and the woman had no written record, saying "Oh, it's all in his head." Then, I was told the order had arrived (after about three or four months!) and I left work early to meet the installer. Instead, they called and said there had been a mistake with the order that was sent and it had to go back to the supplier. They said they would put a rush on it. Again, I had to call to check after more time went by. Again, I left work early to meet the installer. The man came but couldn't finish and wanted to come back the next day in the middle of the afternoon. I said no, it will have to be morning because I can't keep leaving work and not getting this done. So, he came the next morning, but it seems the rod that controls the skylight covers (opens and shuts) had not been sent with the order and so he said he would reorder that part, but of course I have not heard from them again. That was at least four months ago and I don't expect to hear from them again, unless perhaps they read this. He also left screws sticking out of the ends of the frames on the skylights. Said he would bring some covers for those, but can't imagine that happening either. It took eight months to do an incomplete job on a small order.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE TO HAVE THIS COMPANY IN MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL.
