HORRIBLE!!!
Description of Work: hired to install whole av system in apt. I moved out during apt. construction and when I went by to check on progress I found his workers installing speakers halfway into my neighbor's apt!!! Also damaged retaining apt. wall. I fired immediately after I found they charged ny credit card $5000 without my knowledge for additional work. Thankfully Amex reversed charges. I should have check online for other people's horrible review of this company!!!

I made an appointment a week in advance. The day of the appointment I received a call 20 minutes after the appointment time saying that they had some type of "malfunction" in their show room and the technician decided it was more important to stay there and fix the problem than come to my house. The head of the company told me that I was "not at the top of their list" as far as priorities. I canceled. Poor service, unprofessional, you name it.
Description of Work: I called and set up an appointment to do some work on the A/V system that came with my newly purchased apartment - hooking up my TV to the tuner, connecting the Crestron system, etc.
