Description of Work: My floors were renovated on an emergency basis. Work orders were received, payment made, work inspected on a daily or 2 day basis. Work completed in stated time at the stated rate. Employees honest, polite and good.

Description of Work: Called ASA building managers for an estimate for a basement studio apartment gut renovation. Steve responded promptly & he came to job site to take a look. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He took some pictures & dictated notes for himself. Within Couple of days we received his estimate which seemed reasonable enough. We ended up not doing the project due to a change of plans . Î

Description of Work: We hired ASA to do the following in our Manhattan co-op apartment: Renovate kitchen, electrical and cable TV wiring, bathroom fixtures upgrade, enhance closets, create built-ins in two rooms and paint apartment. Mike Safa, ASA owner, personally handled the initial inspection and quote. Supervised by Mike, his team did an amazingly excellent job. They were quick (only 1-1/2 months to complete), super neat, friendly and excellent craftsman. The price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend ASA and would definitely use them again.
