My designer, through my contractor, brought me to this company as we were planning the renovation of one of our bathrooms, recently. I ordered from them, an unusual, exotic tile which was very delicate by its interlocking patterns. It was my absolute favorite, the first moment I saw it. I did some research, since it was expensive, but I couldn't find the same tile elsewhere, so I ordered from Artistic Tile. It turned out that Artistic Tile's careful attention to the order, their double checking for the delivery availability, and their bringing these very delicate tiles, all safely and directly into my apartment, with absolutely no breakage to any of them (a challenge in itself), was well worth the expense. Overall I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Lauren the V.P. was very kind, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When I need to order more mosiacs and they were out of them, Lauren had new 12"x12" tiles sent out to a tile cutter, had them cut and placed on the backing sheets in order to make the 1 3/8" mosaics. Although there was an extra cost involved, it was a great solution, since a new shipment wasn't due in for another two months.

She even came up to the apartment to look at our bathrooms. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Stefano Perrone was a great help as well. He is her assistant. He was wonderful.
