Aronson's Floor Covering is fantastic. Our office has worked with them for over 20 years. They have not only never let us down, they have exceeded expectations. The range of products that they carry never ceases to amaze me. But, more significantly, the curation of floor coverings that they carry is impeccable. As important as the great products are, it is in installation and service that they really shine. They are a pleasure to work with.

We have worked with Aronson's for years for all kinds of projects from custom area rugs, wall-to-wall carpeting, cork floors and, even, custom cut marmoleum that we have used for desktops in office renovations. Their office team is professional and reliable, following up quickly with quotes and samples. They are also keen to focus us onto the most appropriate materials for the specific job we are working on. The most recent project that they completed for us was a fairly complex custom runner for a 5-story 1890's townhouse. The runner had to follow complex curves and winders and the edges all needed to be custom bound on site. The installation crew worked with us on site to help determine the best options for dealing with the quirky nature of the staircase. The end results were terrific and the clients could not have been happier as it was a very refined transformation from what had, previously, been a very dreary staircase.

Before connecting with Aronson's we struggled with other companies trying to find solutions that made sense. As soon as we linked up with Aronson's the whole process seemed to get much easier. They did large and small jobs and the attention to detail and customer service was consistent for all projects. Over 100 apartments in a high end condominium and everyone was happy with the outcome which is not an easy task .

I have been working with Carol and the Aronson's team for many years. I continue going back as they are extremely knowledgable, very organized, and have fair pricing, good product...and they are nice. They have never dropped the ball for me and that means a lot

$ 2800 to install 27 square feet of floor covering ? And 4 days and 3 calls to get that estimate . I guess I would be reluctant or embarrassed to give out that estimate as well .

It was bad from the beginning. Once the sales rep. had a signed contract and out credit card, she didn't return my calls until I'd left three messages. I was treated as if my job was the least important. It took a month to schedule installation, while I was juggling other contractors. The linoleum installation looks vs. good, BUT neither the sales rep, nor Aronron's preparation folder, nor the installers warned me of the tremendous amount of fine, grey cement-like dust that would produce during the preparation of the subflooring! That dust got on every surface in my apartment. I had to empty every cabinet and closet, wash or wipe every item to get rid of it. It took me two days. The installers should have taped up every closet and cabinet seam, and sealed the kitchen with plastic sheeting and tape. Of course, the sales rep never called to asked how I liked my new $2000 floor. It just shows the arrogance of Aronson's. I'll never use Aronson's again. Be warned by other reviews, too!

Paid $200 to get an estimate for a simple linoleum laying in small kitchen and living room. Came up with an estimate of over $7,600 for replacing wood etc! Ended up going to better Business Bureau to get back $200 deposit. Salesperson never returned phone calls and follow up was non-existent. A definite bait and switch operation.

THE WORKER WAS PROFESSIONAL, BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE HIT A WATER LINE WHILE TAKING UP THE OLD FLOORING. THIS WENT UNNOTICED UNTIL IT STARTED LEAKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR. THEY DENIED RESPONSIBILITY WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK.
