They were on time, efficient, very friendly, and patient. They did an excellent job.

They installed a completely dysfunctional and incorrect thermostat twice on my Crown Stove. I had to wait 6 months in between each installation, claiming the second time they had the right one. They did not. I finally got someone in who what had to be done and that everything that Alliance Pro they had done was a disaster. I had paid them 1,360 in two checks and they two thermostats that they had put in (that were totally wrong and adjustable) and told them that I had held onto one of thermostat and kept it and requested 800 and let them keep the labor bills. They said unless i had both of the thermostats they couldn't refund. But they had taken one so how could I have it? They claimed they destroyed the first one! I am now suing them for the $1360 but also for $1584 I had to pay to fix what they had done. They represented that they knew how to repair a crown stone. Crown has not been made in many years. It is a classic. It's outstanding. If i went out and bought a restored crown stove it would be over $8,000 and it's very had to find someone who knows how to fix it. They did a real job as mine. Whoever owns a crown stove should stay away from them entirely, they are incompetent. They claimed to be able to do something they had no knowledge about. The most serious thing that they did was that they disconnected the safety valve on that oven and put it back in as it was fine! But it was disconnected! So that mean my oven went on immediately without any control on the temperature whatsoever. Appliance Pro NYC sent someone by the name Armando Ramone who oversaw the work.

It went very well once we made contact. I did have to follow up after sending them an email. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I had hoped to repair the microwave, but the repair part was very expensive and the applicance as 9 years old, so replacement seemed a better way to go. On the second visit, two technians came with the applicate and the installation went quickly and well. They also left my kitchen neat and clean. My only real complaint is that I think the microwave was a bit overpriced, by about $50.

They seem to have a senior manager who knew what they were doing. Those who came were just here the time they promised to be here.

Their response time was very good. Their service call was reasonable. They were responsible, punctual, and professional. I would use them in the future.
