David was the service provider, and he and his assistant did a superb job. They were quick, thorough, and informative. 2 days letter i received an extremely detailed summary report of the mold in our basement, and a plan for abatement. They are coming htis sunday for the abatement, and i've requested David also be here for that process.

Our specialist explained the process to us fully & took samples (even of areas where no mold was visible). He also willingly answered our questions & checked the whole house.

Test went quickly. One outside, one in the basement. Results we emailed promptly. 3 people showed up. The person in charge offered to have his two technicians do a free infrared analysis (which consisted of taking a few snapshots in each room and looking at them right there on the camera) in addition to the air testing. The infrared showed no moisture problems and the emailed mold test results seemed to come from an actual laboratory. No complaints. Good service. Good "Deal" price for 2 air tests (usually about $30 more without a special deal/coupon.)

David, the technician said he found nothing to be concerned about. The spore count was very low. He sent his assistant to the basement with me and we examined the wood flooring beneath the carpet. Again there was no evidence of mold. The results were sent to the lab and an extensive report came a few days later with a lot of technical terms. We contacted David and he said his original assessment was correct.. David's professionalism was impressive. However, an Apex sales person spoke to us later and suggested the carpet be removed while it was still in a safe condition, but their $2099 fee (less the $299 fee we paid for the inspection) seemed excessive and we ultimately paid a flooring company about $800 more, but this included the carpet removal and installation of about 250 sq ft of laminate with a 30-year guarantee. I would recommend Apex for the inspection but, unless the carpet needs special protective handling during removal, I feel their fee is high.

It went really, really well. David (and assistant) was right on time for our appointment. He understood and appreciated my concerns - I had just lost a sale on my home due to the buyer's concern of mold in the lower level. I explained (and he LISTENED) the situation, showed him pictures of what I had done in 2014 - a pipe had burst and the whole ceiling and one whole wall had to be torn down, insulation ripped out and replaced, mold removed, etc. When I was done explaining, David asked questions relevant to the inspection and then told me they would come upstairs when the process was completed. When they were finished, David took the time to sit at the kitchen table with me and explain what they had done, and what the next steps would be. Given that I have never had a mold inspection of any kind before, it was so very helpful. He calmed my concerns and gave me some excellent suggestions outside of the actual inspection. His knowledge and expertize made me feel that the inspection was done thoroughly and the results would be accurate. Within the time frame that I was told I would receive the results, David called to let me know that there was NO MOLD! Obviously this was the best news possible, but certainly my satisfaction of the inspection has nothing to do with the review. I would be writing it regardless, but I am certainly happier as I type! Mold is a scary thing, and I am very happy that I chose Apex Mold Inspection to do the work. And thrilled that David was the man who showed up to do the inspection. I tried to contact four other mold companies before Apex with no return calls. Apex replied to my message within hours. They scheduled for a few days after I bought the package. They were 10 minutes early for the appointment which was great and they made me feel that I had as much time as I needed to understand the process and ask questions. I had the results in 72 hours. Can't ask for more.

A two man team showed up ready to get started and worked very efficient and fast throughout the house. Every area of concern I had they payed special attention to that area. I am pleased with the service. I am now waiting for the results of the tests.

Everything went well. David was very thorough in his investigation. After he left, I called him a couple times to ask follow up questions and he was very patient and considerate as he answered all of my questions. He gave me his professional opinion on the state of my subbasement unit, and where I could potentially make improvements to prevent any future mold growth. After waiting anxiously for a couple of day, I got the test results back and everything was normal and no remediation was needed. I got a call from Lea who explained everything to me carefully, and a formal pdf document via email with all spore count results explained in detail. Overall, this was a very solid experience and I was pleased.

They came at the appointed time. He said there was no mold but I was not impressed. He could have made some recommendations. I didn’t think it was much of a deal considering how they inspected. It wasn’t worth $99.

David ran into traffic and was 1/2 hour late, but when he showed up he was very understanding that I might not have the keys to get into the apartment. Was very polite and nice. Upsold me which was an extra $125. I am happy with service and plan to use them again.

David came out, was punctual and patient. He took time to tell me what would happen and also listened to my concerns. He took air samples inside and outside of my home. He gave me a very clear idea of the process and what could happen next. He seemed very concerned with the health of me and my family. I would truly use them again if I have to.

Time was agreed to us between 1-12. I received a call at 9:30 and email to confirm Dave arrived at 10:40 pm. Introduced himself and explained everything we will do to address my problem. He made all test and will call me back.

David and McQueen were late, but I got a call from the office telling me so. They got to work quickly, explained everything they were doing and were very thorough. They addressed my concerns to my satisfaction.
