David was very punctual. We had what we thought was a very serious mold problem in our apartment and had assumed that it would be extremely expensive to remediate. David did the inspection and before the reports were ready, called and assured us that the situation did not require any dire measures to resolve. We would definitely recommend his services and will probably be using him again to recheck one of our rooms.

He thoroughly checked for mold not only once but twice. He saw that i was nervous about the situation n did not take advantage of that. Excellent company

David came and walked through all the units quickly, and saying everything is fine. His reports and recommendations for several units for remediation were all gathered from what I verbally told him, not really from what he thinks should be done further. In the lab report later, there is no interpretation at all of what the results meant. I had to research and gave him a call and was told everything is fine when the mold spore levels in some units are 18-36x higher than the outside control air. He's professional and punctual but just feel like a company who just want to get the work done as quickly as possible and collect his money.

David contacted me after I left the message. He was felxable to change the scheduled appointment. He is very professional and show his expertise. I will hire the company in the future..

It went well. They were fast, tidy, and professional.

Moshe came on time. A pleasure. To deal with. He did the mold test and the report was positive. Spoke to David and appointment was set up for Moshe to come back and do the work. Said the mold was not invasive and problem would not return. He even put a protective aluminum layering on the bottom of cabinet in kitchen where there is the plumbing for the sink.

Apex did excellent work for us, serving both as mold tester and air monitor during our mold remediation process. David was always professional and compiled detailed reports about our mold levels, both pre and post remediation. One day when the city was at a virtual standstill due to snow, he came through and showed up to take some important air samples. As they say, that speaks volumes.

I had two estimates done and the other one was so high. Apex did it for a reasonable and fair price. Their representative David was very efficient. He was professional and thorough. He listened to all of my questions. I did research on mold remediation but still had many questions. He answered them all for me, so that I understood what the process was and how long it would take. The company itself gave me a great deal of support. He arrived on time each time he came, and he did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the outcome. The whole idea of mole remediation was a little bit frightening because it can cause health problems. His understanding and explanations on how to proceed without harm was most helpful and appreciated.

David Saar was punctual, professional, and well mannered. Most importantly, he was honest. He did a comprehensive review and gave us a lot of useful information. He tested the air in our house for mold and called us promptly when the results came in. The air was fine so we did not have a health concern, just had to remove the affected areas of sheetrock by a duct that had condensation. Since this issue was kept in proper perspective, I was able to remove the mold areas myself. Any other company would have used scare tactics and pushed for thousands of dollars of remediation with specialized equipment. They may have pushed duct cleaning and other services. He did explain when those services would be appropriate and left the decisions with us, whereas other contractors would have pushed high pressure sales discounts to get us to sign same day. My research supported that David Saar was highly knowledgeable and did the right thing. The price was well worth the services provided. Based on my experience with Apex, I would use them in the future.
