Very well.
Description of Work: The tech showed up promptly and was extremely patient and professional with my two unit owners.He tested both premises and gave me a few suggestions to double check the ongoing issues. He made suggestions to the unit owners as well in maintaining their home environments and reducing the humidity in their respective units. We are still awaiting the full report and will see what might need to be done. I would hire them again in an instant.

The inspector arrived promptly, took air samples, swab sample, using in infrared technology. He was friendly and I am very happy with the service.

The inspection went very well. I chose APEX because they had good ratings on Angie's List and the BBB and because the technician who would be coming to do the inspection was experienced. Setting up an appointment was easy and the inspector arrived on time. He did a thorough job taking the samples and explained everything along the way. He answered all of my questions. i feel that I am on the way to identifying and taking care of the situation.
Description of Work: The mold inspection included the following: * a reading of the humidity in the room* taking actual samples of the substance in question...* taking air samples from inside and outside of the room * infra red photos. This was everything that was promised for the inspection.
