On time, very pleasant technician -thorough and very focused on his duties. Very satisfied with the price and services.

It went very well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I was not present during the remediation; David phoned the next day to follow up with me. We would definitely contact Apex in the future if the need arises.

Same as above, but overall is good, more to come once remediation is completed.

They took photos and tested the air quality. He said there was no moisture or mold resent in the air at that time. They tested the outdoor air quality as well. They gave me the written report results. It said there was 3x the moisture in the interior air then what they found outside. (which was polar opposite of what he had said previously during out appointment). They did not offer to open up the ceiling to investigate the underlying issue. When I asked how they can be accurate without checking behind the ceiling, he said that if it was absolutely necessary they could drill a couple of holes and use their camera. I did not end up hiring him since he was only focused on the visually obvious mold. If I were to hire them to do the job they would subtracted the inspection fee. They were misleading.

He was very cordial and very thorough. Told us every step.

David and his crew were professional, caring and punctual; the removal was done in a clean and timely manner. I would recommend David to anyone in need of a Mold specialist.

They were nice in terms of responsiveness; but in terms of effectiveness, I don't know yet. The price was a bit expensive. They seemed to be pretty good and they were conscientious. They gave an estimate for the repair. They quoted $10000. They wanted to go into the wall and they wanted to be thorough. I had to deal with my landlord on this. The landlord obviously picked the $3000 rather than the $17000. If it doesn't come out this time then I am very pleased with Apex and if it comes back then I will be less pleased. It does sound a good price compared to another company. They basically cleaned the mold off the wall. If it works, then it will be good and if doesn't then no.

Was able to respond quickly and schedule visit at the same time as other inspection. Arrived exactly on time. Kept me updated on the status of the results.

It was all right. I didn't find them to be very concerned about how it happens in regards to talking with me on how to deal with it. Another contractor had an emergency and that's why I went with them so I was a little disappointed in that. The other guy was really thorough in talking about the health issues. This guy just seemed like he wanted to get in and out of here. His workers did not seal off the area when knocking down debris. I spoke to them about it once and then came back and saw the same thing. The job wasn't too neat. I was happy the job got done. He was pretty responsive and quick in regards to getting the work done but I wasn't impressed with the service. He didn't provide a big picture of how it happened and how to address it. He wouldn't be very first choice if I had a problem again. They were on time.

call Apex early mourning to make a appt they were there in 2 hrs, ran some test through out the house. Results took a couple of days. I had to call for results.

Apex did a very thorough and professional job in testing my apartment. They explained all of the procedures in advance and during the process. After the results came in they were willing to speak to me about what it all meant (though I would say it took a day or two for them to get back to me...bit longer than I expected). My only complaint would be that they didn't (and probably couldn't) provide any guidance as to the "threshold" levels above which mold is really dangerous. While they suggested remediation of the type of mold that we had, it would be great if they could provide relevant studies or guidelines that I could have used to fight my landlord. I had to do alot of additional research on top of what was provided before trying to fight them to get my apartment fixed. Overall I felt that Apex did a good job, but given the cost I would have appreciated more guidance in terms of what next steps could be and how to win a remediation fight.

I emailed the company on a Saturday and they wrote back within 1 hour. Within 2 hours they called and we set an appointment for the next day (Sunday). Very pleasant, professional, and honest. I highly recommend.

Arrived within the time promised and was very efficient, friendly and explained what he was going to do before he began testing, he explained all about the process to determine if there was a mold problem and showed me the equipment he was going to use and the purpose for them. David explained, after the test results came back what would be needed to be done if there was a problem. would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

It wasn't as in-depth as I had hoped, but may be my expectations were off. I expected them to come in and be able to give me a full diagnosis, but in order to really diagnose anything, they had to do samples and they had to then charge lab fees and all kinds of things that we didn't pursue any further.
