carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreWhen I called to ask the cost of shampooing wall-to-wall carpeting, I was told it would be $25-$35 for that size. The guy arrived, was on time, but then said that would only get the dust off. If we wanted the carpeting shampooed, we had the option of the $175 service of the $350. We did not have them do the work. I then e-mailed and called to discuss this with a supervisor but nobody returned my efforts to contact them.
Description of Work: We did not have the work done because the price was so outrageous in relation to the estimate given in advance.
