Description of Work: We had four managing agents each started off like gangbusters then became hard to reach and long long lead times to get things done.

+ -1 moreMany shareholders had complaints about their work, their politeness, their accountability, and their skill at their work. Definitely not a management company we would ever want to use again.
Description of Work: They did just passable building management some of the time, frequently lost maintenance checks, were barely responsive to coop concerns, and took almost no initiative in trying to improve building management.
