I really appreciated Alex's work and help! I had tried installing my own closet shelves and called to have them come reinforce them. He double checked everything and made things much more safe and stable. He also helped me set up my next few projects so that I would do them correctly and write out a list of supplies to get (since I wanted to do it on my own). Really professional and fast, will definitely be calling them again if I have more projects.

Process went very smoothly. One very old toilet and one modern. Technician examined both, purchased necessary parts from Home Depot (providing me with receipts), and installed them, bringing both toilets back to functionality. Less than 24 hours passed from initial contact to jobs completion. Very reasonable rates. Professional and cordial technician. They are now on my resource list.
