Alluring Window

Excellent.

It was a good experience. Roni came on time and on the weekend. He showed me samples, advised me and then measured all the windows. He said that they would come in 2-3 weeks and they came in 2-3 weeks. The installation was easy. Overall, a good experience. They were not cheap but also not more expensive than any other blind place.

Do not believe one word of the positive reviews, Roni, the owner pays for them by giving discounts. I tried my best with this guy, its been 6 months since I ordered my shades, they came in defective. He tried to replace them, the second was defective, and I was told I had to "sue him" to get my money back. Problem is the guy takes all cash, I'm sure he has his reasons why, 1) perhaps reporting 2) so you cant dispute any shoddy work he does. I get why he may have 5 stars here and there, but if there is ever an issue, good luck getting your money back or getting a replacement made with what you ordered. He plays dumb, but he just cares about his bottom line. Sigh, now I have to go through the trouble of suing this guy for my 1k shade. Do not use, there are much better people around, those that are honest, responsive, and don't demean you when all you want is what you paid for. Not to mention, when he came back with the factory people to look at the shade for the 3rd time they would not leave your house when requested. I had to threaten to call the police for them to leave. Very Scary.

Roni and the rest of his colleagues at Alluring Window were a pleasure to deal with. They installed motorized shades in our 3 bedroom aparment. Very competitive on the price and the end result was good. Roni was responsive and super detail oriented. He came to our apartment a second time to make sure that all of the measurments were accurate and to explain everything to us. There were some adjustments that were required and he had his installer come to our aparment over the weekend to get everything wrapped up to our satisfaction.
