+ -1 moreMy 9 year old Dell computer started making a terrible racket -- then it wouldn't work at all, and "fan failure" messagewould show up when I tried to boot up. Sudden silence, and my computer was DOA. I came across an ad byMr. Henderson on Craigs list, and gave him a call. He did complete diagnostics on my system, changed the fan,and also did some things to speed up my system -- now it works again like it hadn't in years! I am very grateful andimpressed! Would definately highly recommend his services.

+ 0 moreTried a couple of Techs for my problem and they could not find the problem why my laptop was not going to the net anymore and also working very slow, contacted this company who told me they will look into the problem and get back to me, in only 2 days I was called and given 2 options, Mike said in his honest opinion, I should get a new laptop because mine is older, outdated and lacks the firepower to keep up with today's softwares but if I don't have the money to put out for a more up to date laptop then he will repair the problem, tune up the laptop and upgrade it as best as could be done. When I got the laptop back after only one day, I was so pleasantly surprised that it worked just as good as the first day I had bought it new many years ago and it only cost me $75! This company is very professional, honest, efficient and friendly, can't say enough about them, will most definitely recommend them to anyone, thanks a million for the help and keep on doing what you're doing Mike!
