All Boro Appliance Repair

2 guys arrived and looked at my oven but never took any parts off or opened it up. They then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't look inside as the operation panel was in the back of the oven which was up against the wall. They then told me that my "igniter" was broken, which I'm not sure how they knew that without opening the panel. They then told me that someone would call me with a price quote for the part and a date when they would be back to fix it. I waited 2 days and never heard back from anyone so I was forced to close my kitchen and frantically look for another company to come and fix it. By the way, the operation panel is in the front of the oven next to the door, I learned that from the company I found who was awesome!

The company said that my Bosch dishwasher needed a new control board. I paid $265 for the repair, which did not correct the issue. I called to make a follow-up appointment and waited all day and the company did not show or respond to phone calls. The company sent another repairman who said that he would call Bosch to figure out what the problem might be. I never heard back and the dishwasher has now been out of commission for a month. I called Bosch and got the name of a recommended repair service company. It was not the control board but another part that had broken. I've called All Boro Appliance Service Center for a refund and cannot get someone on the phone.
