AFA PROTECTIVE SYSTEMS INC

My parents have passed away and we now are getting the home ready for sale. I came inside the home on Mon 9/25/2023 to the alarm blaring because we had disconnected the phones. I was told the only way to stop it was with a service call. The serviceman came and set it up so the alarm was no longer central station but would ring if someone tried to enter or there was a fire. He let us know that the box was in very bad shape. It has only been looked after by this company. I came into the house the next day and sure enough the alarm was blaring. So nothing was accomplished the day before. At this point we do not want to deal with this anymore and asked for a partial refund. After multiple calls billing agreed to a $25 reduction in an over $200 bill. That is unsatisfactory. Effectively nothing was accomplished in the service call. My brother could have pulled out the alarm box for free! We are seeking a greater reduction in our bill. This is unfair.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
