ADVANTAGE PLUMBING

The faucet problem still has not been fixed because they couldn't figure out how to remove the faucet and had several plumbers look at it. They took pictures and it took them a really long time. The part that was sent to me was wrong. They give you a four hour time span and three different times they didn't make it. I have spent days waiting for them. Then they came because I had an issue with my toilet. He came back with a part after looking at it and it was also the wrong part. Today I had another issue with something rattling in the plumbing. The water was shut off at 10am but they showed up at 9 and waited for an hour and charged me for all the time they weren't working. They charged me $464.

I am still waiting for them to call me back, and am not too happy with their service. They had hooked up my hot and cold water faucets backwards, and now they have to rip out all the tiles to fix it. The staff is very good and very friendly. They maintain good recordkeeping. The crew that they send out is found to be lacking though. They send out different people for each phase and they don't communicate well. A couple of them are fine but most of them don?t seem to be competent or experienced enough.

The guy at the top has no clue as to what is going on at the bottom. A lot of the employees are liars. I am very familiar with plumbing issues and when they try to give me a "story" I practically get hysterical laughing it is so ridiculous. They are terrible. I know how to negotiate them, but I wouldn't recommend them to someone who wasn't experienced with plumbing issues. I call them "Disadvantage Plumbing".

HAD TWO CREWMAN THAT CAME OUT. THEY WORKED WELL TOGETHER AND DIDN'T STOP AND TALK A LOT. THEY TORE OUT THE OLD FURNACE. THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR WHAT THEY REPLACED. I HAVE NO COMPLAINS.
