Wow what can I say spoke to Luis on Thursday evening Mar 11, 2021. He came to my house Fri March 12, 2021. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He treated the interior and exterior of my home for big black ants, as well as Crickets. I felt his price was honest and fair. Quite frankly, his price was the best! Mr Pantelon was informative and for the most part professional. However, would have appreciated a receipt for his work that would have explained the bill and the quote I was given. I didn t even get a business card which most professionals carry. I also was shocked when contacted after the job to re-write my review which was. 4.7 out of 5. He did his job, I was just expecting a bit more since the company is listed on Home Advisor!! And therefore, I have re-written my review.
