Description of Work: My lock kept on spinning and we thought was going to break . Locksmith came and showed me that it was missing a back - so he replaced it. It has been working great ever since.

Description of Work: Man came promptly after our call because an opening came up and we did not have to wait , he was excellent because he fixed the lock we had a problem with instead of telling us that our lock was no good so he could sell us a 300-400 lock and make a killing. He spent 40-45 minutes , had to go back to his truck for certain things , and we only paid the minimum charge of $135 plus tax that is the basic charge for any visit. Abbey is thoroughly professional, honorable and a pleasure to deal with .

Description of Work: I have used Abbey Locksmiths for many years, to change the locks on front doors, mailboxes, etc. Once, my superintendent recommended a friend of his to fix a broken lock and the guy attempted to butcher and then replace some lovely old hardware. I quickly returned to Abbey, and they have always done a good job; they fixed the mess that the other guy made and were able to use the existing historic door hardware.
