Terrible, I paid $8,000 for a motorized awning. I ordered the awning before last summer started. It was delivered in July and not installed until late September (sat on my lawn), so we were not able to use the awning last summer. I accepted this as a result of COVID. I went to use the awning for the first time this year a few weeks ago and it jammed and would not open. I called and was told to send a video which I did on April 20th. My repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered. I will now have to pay another contractor to repair the awning. Very disappointing experience.
