Description of Work: Our encounter with 5163Co Advanced Technologies started with one of the business partners Serge, dating back to 2011. At that time, my husband and I were in the market for a 55inch flat screen Smart LED TV and seeking out a professional/reputable company to do an installation above a fire place, running cables/wires behind the TV wall while also running and concealing cables/wires from an opposite wall that would house a floating component shelf with the basement serving as a cable hub. Our research efforts continued to point us to consistent raving reviews, which led us to 5163Co. Being the analytical perfectionist that I am, I literally picked Serge’s brain apart with numerous questions and concerns that surfaced regarding the challenges that come with this type of installation. My husband and I were highly impressed with Serge’s industry knowledge, professionalism, and patience. Immediately, we were convinced that we wanted 5163Co to take on our future project. When technological advances caught up with our desire a year later in 2012, we re-engaged with 5163Co and our point of contact was the quintessential professional service orientated Project Manager – Mr. Joseph DiLibertiti. Joe took the lead on addressing new concerns, laying out the logistics, coordinating sourcing out equipment – while we sourced some items ourselves, and consistent follow-up. Joe’s overall attention to detail and warm nature really put us at ease. We were also very pleased that 5163Co was able to accommodate us by performing the installation one week before Christmas. On installation day, Joe was accompanied by the crew. Ivan, the technician, was very methodical and it quickly became very apparent that he took his craft very seriously. Ivan also did an amazing job at installing a floating two shelf unit on an opposite wall designed to serve both as a functional and contemporary piece of furniture. Although we had a little bump in the road about the type and color of cable wall mount plate for the wall that would house the TV in terms of what we expected vs. what was available that day - Joe took the initiative and actually went to our local Home Depot and purchased a variety of cable wall mount plates thereby - providing us with options with the goal of accommodating our needs. Kudos to you again Joe!!! Phillip was the official Russian interpreter and also assisted with cleaning up after the work was complete. Although, our surge suppressor didn’t arrive with the crew, Serge made a trip from New York to our home in New Jersey later that day not only with the surge suppressor, but he also came with the precise style and color cable wall plate that we initially wanted for the second wall which housed the floating shelf as a different type was already in place. Serge also lifted and secured the cables that ran in the basement that were sitting on our return air ducts after Ivan’s installation. Although the HDMI cables are designed to go behind walls and endure various temperatures, we wanted to air on the side of caution and Serge was more than willing to accommodate us. Serge finally answered our last minute questions and from what he did during that hour and a half at our home, it was very evident that Serge is a highly skilled seasoned professional. In short, 5163Co did an amazing job and without hesitation, we would highly recommend this class act organization for any advanced technological endeavors.
