+ -1 moreRoy spent at least one hour at the computer "fixing" problems. He discovered an issue and called my internet provider. Computer working like new now. Would never trust anyone else to work with my computer. He's professional, patient,honest and truly knows computers.
Description of Work: Roy has been my "Computer Guy" for at least five years. He's done everything from fixing my computer & printer to setting up and teaching me how to use my i-phone. He's also corrected problems for me remotely at no charge. Most recently I had him give my computer a full check up to help me determine if it was time for me to get a new computer.

+ -1 moreRon came on a Sunday to fix multiple problems with my computer. I was afraid I would have to buy a new system but he was able to get my system singing! He is very professional and lightning fast responsive. He identified all the viruses and system problems that were preventing me from using my computer. He is a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has minor or major computer issues!
