+ -1 moreI was very pleased with this company. They did an excellent job on my furniture. The price was a little high but it was the same as the estimate they gave me initially. They were also very flexible with my schedule. After they were done with the job I couldn't be home for them to deliver the sofa so they held onto it for me without charging me any fees. They're very customer friendly and I really liked them.

+ -1 moreI worked with the son, Jeff, whose shop is on 64th Street, although he uses the same phone as the father. The workmanship was exquisite, with great attention to detail. Jeff even made some suggestions on how to improve what I wanted to do: where I was envisioning one set of braiding, Jeff did two. So although seemingly a bit expensive, Alexander Upholstery is worth every penny. There is no doubt that I will call them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Reupholstered one large wing chair, one queen-sized headboard, and one bench. Also made a queen-sized bedskirt and re-stuffed six large sofa cushions

+ -1 moreThere is no story. I brought the cushions in. Alexander's son filled them. The cushions were ready when he said they would be ready. The price was what he estimated it would be. The cushions are restored to health.

+ -1 moreI REALLY LIKE THESE PEOPLE AND I THINK THEY DID REALLY GREAT WORK. THEY CHARGED ME A FAIR PRICE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THE SOFA AND CHAIR LOOK LIKE NEW.
