The technician was very through and friendly. He explained all the methods and how they worked, both over the phone and in person for the bed bugs which was very helpful, since other technicians just spray and don't really say what they're doing and why. He was also very friendly and good with communication all throughout the process. I'll be recommending him to anyone else who has any pest issues! Thank you!
