 + -1 moreShe has worked for me for many years. Every time she arrives we spend time reviewing what needs to be done. She asks questions about things that need to be done, and often I ask for her ideas. She is smart and so efficient. She goes right into action, and is a truly hard worker with outstanding results. Sometimes I ask for her help in running errands during her time here as well. This is a godsend.
Description of Work: Crystal is superb: punctual, conscientious, experienced at cleaning. She is a smart and classy person who sees what will make the biggest impact in cleaning. She takes directions well and uses her own initiative, too. She has worked with me for seventeen years, and she does not let me down. Her rate is approximately 20 dollars an hour -- well worth every penny. I give her my highest recommendation.
