Scheduling was a mess it was hard to communicate and a part of the backyard they left all the clippings and it looked horrible it was like cleaning and leaving all the stuff piled up in the middle

I gave Lawn Spa Landscaping a overall rating of three stars because they cut my grass when it wasn't necessary (it had just been cut three days earlier by different company). When I confronted Lawn Spa Landscaping they did not offer me a refund or credit. This did not sit well with me. Otherwise, they did good work and was very responsive.

Hired Lawn Spa for snow removal for my home driveway & walkway. The owner contacted me right away. Had a quote ready & I chose them. Came promptly after snow fall & did a great job. Paying the invoice online was quick & easy. Would recommend! LM
