Impact roofing and Siding is exceptional! The owner, Rob, informed me they would be at my home at 7:00 AM. Being we have had contractors in past, I actually expected them to show up around 7:30. I was wrong. Rob and his crew showed up at 6:50 am ready to get started. Immediately when they arrived I received a text from Rob saying they were here. Rob, the owner, prepared me the day before that a dumpster would be placed exactly where he stated it would be the day of the consultation, and to place my car in a location where I could have access to leaving my driveway for work. Leaving for work, he met me outside and set the exact plan for the day and the expectations as well, including the time frame he would be at the house to oversee the project to when his crew would be finished. He informed me they would clean up as if they weren’t even here and they did just that. During the day Rob sent me multiple photos of the work being completed, and the status of the job. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and tenacity. Once the job was complete I was sent an image of the completed work. Rob informed me he will be back to our home once I got home from work and asked me what would be the best time? Within half an hour of getting home from work Rob was at my home with me reviewing the work and explaining thoroughly the events of the day, to which I knew most of being he channels his customers in during the course of the project. We walked around the entire home as well. He also took the time to take photos of the roof, both before and after, with his drone, showed them to me and will be sending them to me electronically. This was a great experience over all. I’m incredibly grateful we found such a reliable company, owner and crew. Replacing a roof can be stressful however, Rob and his crew made this process seemless and reassuring. Thank you impact roofing and siding! I highly recommend them!

Robbie and the crew at Impact roofing really go above and beyond after multiple quotes we felt very right going with Impact there fair and take tremendous pride in their work down to the slightest detail ! They were tasked with replacing my fathers 30 year old Roof with tons of moss and after stripping the roof in under 2 hours they found tons of water damage . They replaced 20 sheets of plywood and then pushed on to complete the roof by 2:00 in the afternoon there quality and speed is unmatched Highly recommended 10/10

We needed our roof replaced when I searched on google for reviews of local companies. Impact was i believe the only roofing contractor with a 5 star rating so I made the call and was very happy I did. From answering his own phone calls (no office staff leaving a message) and coming out super quick to give us an estimate, I was sold on hiring him to replace our roof, do some siding and replace a huge living room window. Rob is great to work with, besides being very professional , he also communicates well with his customers, is prompt to job site, uses quality products and his crew is courteous and professional and pay very close attention to detail for a perfect job! Thanks for making our house look beautiful Rob!!!

Rob and his Roofing Crew from Impact Roofing and Siding came to the house early on the 23rd to replace the shingles that were over 30 years old, upon removing the old shingles they found that the plywood underneath was in very bad shape and had to replace all plywood on the entire roof and the back porch areas. Rob relayed this information to my husband and I and we agreed that this was all necessary. Rob was very responsive and upfront on the issues and the additional costs. Even with all of this additional work that had to be done, they were done by 5PM! All in one day, unbelievable! Rob, Chris and his crew were very polite, exceedingly efficient and very thorough. They did a beautiful job, even had to add fascia board around the house. Very pleased with the speed, efficiency and the beauty of the work, would highly recommend them!

The short review is that everyone I worked with at Impact Roofing and Siding was delightful, professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They listen to what your needs are and work with you to get the results you want. And then they DELIVER. They were careful with our house and yard, and left the place cleaner than how they found it. The crew even helped me move a couple of boxes that were too heavy for me before they left. We recently bought a home of unknown age, but at least 75 years old, that has all the quirks and unexpected complications that come with a house of that age. We initially only wanted to replace the shingles and a couple of sheets of plywood on the main roof, but as I watched the fast, efficient, and cheerful crew remove the shingles and we all got a look at the roof sheathing, it became clear that we should investigate further. Every board was soaking wet, and covered in mildew. Fortunately Rob, the owner of the company, was there to make sure I felt clear on how the day would go, that things got off to a smooth start and that the guys had everything they needed. In no time at all, Rob and I came up with a plan B. He quickly priced it out for me, and he was on his way to get more materials. My small one day job, turned into a full roof replacement. He managed to schedule a crew for the next day, and they finished the rest of the project - including building us custom fascia and soffits for our weird roof. It looks fantastic, and I feel safe that it was completed to excellent standards. I can’t recommend them enough. If I ever need siding done, or windows or doors put in (they do that too!) I will be calling Rob and his guys at Impact Roofing and Siding.

HIGHLY recommend! I purchased a bowling alley that was 15+ years overdue for a full roof replacement and had 50+ years of incorrect shortcut repairs - it had many leaks and a lot of rot. Impact Roofing came to the rescue and although we had only intended to do 1/3 of the roof to conserve expenses, upon the initial removal of all of the old roof materials, realized it would cause bigger problems if it the rest wasn't completely replaced. Even after the last minute expansion (over doubling the project - total of about 15,000 square feet) everything was completed in 3.5 days from start to finish. Rob and his crew worked efficiently and were very professional throughout the whole process and the result is impeccable - no more leaks, clean, crisp and beautiful!
