Clegg Bros Garage Doors & Openers

I want to start by saying the quality of work I got was excellent and have no issue with the guys that came to fix my doors. My issue is with the" BALL PARK" estimate. I received no extra work than what was discussed on the phone. Only difference is that two men showed up instead of one and took twice the time to replace the parts. I did this job myself years ago and did it on half the time but myself. Physically I'm not able anymore. Sucks getting old because the charged me more than double the" BALL PARK" estimate. Then got a little snippy on the phone when I questioned it.

Danny and Eric were right on time. Extremely knowledgeable - went right to the problem to begin fixing it. They were very professional - they fixed all my problems efficiently Some of the best workmen I've had work on the house. Price was very fair.

Clegg Bros did a great job. From quote to ordering doors to installation the service was professional and responsive and the installation was done well. When installing the doors the installers noticed that one of the doors arrived from factory with a slight dent. They ordered a new section and it was replaced promptly within a few days after it arrived from factory. I would definitely recommend Clegg Bros.

One of my garage doors had a jerking motion prior to it being closed. I called Clegg Brothers on June 10, 2013 and they scheduled a service call for June 12, 2013. The office representative advised that the service call would cost $94, excluding the costs of parts. On June 12, 2013, two workers showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Upon inspecting the door with the problem, they advised that the issue was due to one of the pulleys that had seized. They recommended replacement of all four pulleys on the affected door. Mindful of the cost to replace four pulleys instead of one, I asked about the cost difference. The worker advised that the four pulleys on the affected door only cost $20 to replace and it was a good idea to change all of them since the labor would be covered within the service call. Additionally, they adjusted the closing mechanism on both doors and lubed the rollers on both doors. They inspected both doors to make sure everything was in order prior to departing. They readily answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work.

From the initial contact via phone they were a pleasure to deal with. They called when they said they would and showed up on time to do the installation.

They went way beyond customer service, and that's why I like to shop with local businesses instead of those big box stores.
