Job was done on promised date within time specified. Job was done well and I was consulted during the installation. I would have liked a follow up call from the initial job contact person after install to check if I was satisfied. That’s how I like to complete projects.

It went very well. They did an awed some job and were very friendly. The price was good and they did the work a lot faster than I expected. The owner even checked back after a few wind storms to make sure there wasn't any damage.
Description of Work: They built an awning off of the house as well as clear curtains for a gazebo.

They are really good and are friendly. The materials they used are high quality. They go beyond the call of duty. They are courteous and very nice. They know what they had to do. They have a wide selection of fabric.
Description of Work: I have been using them for about 12 years. They put a beautiful frame and an awning on top of it.

I was called with a delivery date a few days after our order. I requested an afternoon installation. On the date of delivery, I hadn't heard from them as to the time they would arrive, so I called our sales rep, Brian. He got back to me quickly, saying we were the last installation of the day. He later called to tell me exactly when they would arrive. They installed the awning quickly and professionally and made sure I knew how to operate it. The back-ordered cover for the awning assembly was delivered and installed a few days later. The only complaint I would have is that I had to leave a message in order to get a hold of them. I would much prefer to speak to someone when I call. They did respond fairly quickly to my messages.

They were supposed to call before arriving but didn't. Besides that everything went fine and I am happy.
