KEPT PROMISE.

They replaced 1 patio awning completely with a powered unit and replaced a 30 foot patio awning. Could not be happier with the results. They came when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Never really met face to face but the awning is beautiful. Nice job.

Awning FX, Inc. was the only company of the several I contacted to even return my call. I was very pleased when Bryan came to the house prepared with samples. He said six weeks, and the new awning cover was installed exactly six weeks later. Awning FX did a nicer installation job than the original installer. I am very pleased with the customer service, price, and finished product. I recommend this company.

I was so pleased with every easy step of this process. Bryan, the account exec, was so lovely and professional. He came to give me an estimate a few days after my initial request through HomeAdvisor. Bryan went through all options with me and welcomed my many questions. He said the next step would be someone calling me a week prior to scheduling which would be in about two weeks. Right on schedule, someone called to schedule for the following Monday. The guys came, installed, and left in under two hours. We are thoroughly enjoying the awning! Couldn’t be happier with Awning FX.

The owner Doug in one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have dealt with in my 51 yrs. Completely unprofessional and uncaring about keeping or getting your business. Their work was always sub par and the quality of the product was on par with materials made in China. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone I cared about.

My overall experience with AwningFX has been a very positive one. My initial meeting with Mr. Brown for an estimate, resulted in my picking a pattern for my new awning! A follow up call to the office led me to Jennifer, who was very helpful. I was also very pleased with the two gentlemen assigned for installation. They were very courteous and worked very quickly and efficiently. I was delighted when Sean informed me that my order had been adjusted, this decision was made by Mr. Brown, with no additional charge to me! Unheard of these days! So yes, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Awning FX did a great job with curtain walls for my gazebo and retractable awning. They did a beautiful job. A clean and quick install and there price was much cheaper than others I compared to. I definitely recommend using them. Thanks Doug.
