From start to finish Todd and his crew arrived as promised, cleaning the work area daily and keeping me. Informed of the job progress regularly

Todd addressed a persistent leak in a wall which was not previously resolved, although I had gotten an architect involved more that 1 1/2 years ago who, together with a different contractor failed to resolve the problem. Todd evaluated the situation, reviewed the architectural drawings and then devised a simpler, less costly and more appropriate resolution to the problem. The only problem was getting him to the house to do the work , as his schedule was pretty busy. Once done though, it was done right. Thanks, Todd

Todd and his crew showed up on time day after day and got the work done. I had a sense that the scope of work more than anticipated but, Todd said nothing and did all that was promised. The job site was maintained well and kept clean daily. When I requested that he return to correct a minor issue, he returned the next day and took care of what we discussed. Couldn't really ask for more. Tod was helpful, personable and trustworthy. I would use him again.

Very nice job at an excellent price.

The materials arrived on scheduled date. The work started on time. The workers were polite and came to work on time everyday, weather permitting. If the crew was not, Todd called and informed us. All work was completed as promised and top quality materials were used. A minimum of property damage was sustained (torn window screen, broken shrub limbs etc.) There was no quibbling on the agreed upon price.
