My father Felix started the business back in 1998 and since then we been growing the business doing interior and exterior general repairs, painting, carpentry, drywall, plaster and tile work. Description of Work: Called the service provider to visit the house to see what work needed to be done. I specifically told him to tell me what work he would perform in accordance with the $269 / 8 hours of painting deal I purchased and to give me a separate quote for any additional work outside of the purchased deal. He emailed me back with a quote for almost $8000 for doing the whole house. I replied telling him that the 3 bedrooms upstairs is the first priority and whether the purchased deal would at least cover that. He replied asking for $7000 cash for the whole house and never addressed the $269 deal. I found this service provider's manner of avoidance untrustworthy and dishonest. Therefore I would like a refund for this deal.

I explained the client that 269 covers the labor for 1 day of work as is explain clearly on the deal she purchased. The other cost was the estimated price for doing painting, sheetrock, wallpaper removal and other additional work for the entire home. I'm very sorry for any misunderstanding but I'm glad she got her money back. I don't think there is a reason to give me a D for a work never done. I was able to provide a free prompt written estimate with all the details and meet with the client on time and in a respectful and friendly matter. We have 20 years experience with great ratings and references. Thank you for letting me explain the situation.
