I hired P. Barajas Irrigation Inc. to expand my existing irrigation system. I was told that I would save money by converting the spray head sprinkler system I had in place with Drip system. Instead my water bill doubled in the next 6 months compared to the previous year because his workers are not professional sprinkler installers. P . Barajas brings non professional people to work with him and they do sloppy job . One of his workers did not connect my drip pipe properly and it started leaking water everyday which went all the way to my backyard from the front lawn which led to my water bill doubling after they installed. He agreed to pay me the money I lost over the phone, but never paid. Wont answer my phone calls and texts asking for the money he promised to pay. .Now I have to pursue legal option to recover my loss.

Pete was on site for a consult, and to install shortly thereafter, he made sure everything was working properly and came back to adjust and add some additional sprinkler heads and at a minimal cost compared to what other companies were asking, he wasn't happy with how some of the heads were performing after I asked for them and added a additional zone without telling me (charging me), I'm not sure this level of service still exists in 2021. His team was efficient, clean, and with very minimal digging, they also put down grass seed and after about 2-3 weeks you can't tell where any of the work took place. We highly recommend Pete and his company, you will not find a harder working, honest, and friendly guy out there. We also recommend him outside of Home Advisor as well. A+++++ experience.

We engaged Pete's company to install a new underground sprinkler system after having interviewed three companies. Pete's estimate, while not the lowest price, was the most comprehensive and thoughtful - best addressing differing needs on our property. Other companies indicated that the job would take two days to complete, while Pete's company sent sufficient people, including Pete, to complete the job in one day. The job was completed on time and on budget and all workers were extremely professional and courteous. Sufficient time was spent to explain how the system worked and to walk through and test its proper installation. In sum, we were totally satisfied with how this project went.

The job was to install a new sprinkler system to replace old system. Pete made sure to cover all of the lawn and garden areas. During the installation he added extra zones to give me better controls without charging me more than what he quoted. The installation he did for me was for 15 zones. His crew was professional and did a good job. I am happy with the results.

Let me start by saying I love these guys.... Pete reached out right away and began to coordinate a site survey. Pete came for an in person walk through of the project and you cannot help but to immediately connect with him because of his genuine personality . During the walk through we talked and he gave me great advice and suggestions based on the 4 zones of grass and my wife's extensive flower garden. Before he arrived, i had one idea, but by the time we completed the walk through, with his expert advice he explained and taught me a few things. He tested a few things and his secretary Leidy promptly returned a written quote via email the next morning based on the verbal quote he provided. The price was perfectly in-line to what I expected and considering the addtional request he was a great value. In my original plans I was convinced that a particular section of my front yard my not be possible to get Irrigation due to the super wide concrete steps that divide the sections. Not only did he come up a genius solution.... he delivered something that two others refused to even consider. That type of skillful knowledge and ability to determine the possibilities on the fly was very convincing that he was the one the work with on this project. Upon accepting and quote, he jumped into action and I was fortunate enough to have work begin the very next day!! The next day bright and early he arrived with his crew and immediately you can tell that this team of guys were a great crew. They were friendly and informative and made sure to protect the garden despite the tight work around the flowers beds. Juan Carlos, Anthony, Arturo and Christopher worked all day and delivered and wifi Hunter system that is filled with granular details. I am a bit of a techy and love that sorta stuff and was trained on how to use of the App right on the spot. Pete was leading the project and made all the crucial connections and tweaks. I loved that they walked me through the system to show me where all the lines run underground. Than test each zone with me. Mostly importantly on the day of the installation, my wife had a change of heart on a section of the garden and Pete and the crew was able to accommodate the change with a minimal difference in cost. But anything to make the wife happy... Furthermore, a suggestion and addtional water pipe extended to the field was priceless. This will give us the flexibility to attach sort hose in the middle of my backyard. Something I've always wanted but never considered due to the expense. but since the ground was already open I decide to do it then and it is perfect. I can write for ever on this topic since I am deeply satisfied with the results of Pete and his crew's work. I always like to get quotes not only for the price, but beyond that is the ability to see the person you will hire for your investment in your home's project.
