This could not have gone any better. I am a first-time home buyer and I am learning as I go. I literally know nothing about what is happening until it's actually happening. That said, Richard B. from NY Finest Home Inspections was PHENOMENAL! He provided us with a thorough walkthrough of our potential home, explaining EVERYTHING in layman's terms, showed us how everything works, gave us things to look out for, educated us on lifespans of appliances and utilities, gave us suggestions and provided a thorough report with pictures in about two days. He took his time and really made sure we understood and felt comfortable with all of the the information. He was personable, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Rich from NY Finest came out to do a home inspection for my wife and I that we were looking to purchase for our family. The property was an older build with an un-level lot, which made me very nervous. The inspection that Rich did was thorough and the report was comprehensive, and on top of that Rich was patient in answering all of my questions as he went through the house. Because of the information that we got from NY Finest, I was very comfortable moving forward with the purchase and we are now living in our family's forever home!
