+ -1 moreI was satisfied with the results. The computer wasn't functioning before hand and it did afterward. The people there were friendly. However, they didn't give me a thorough explanation of what they were going to do. I did feel like I had enough of an idea to leave the computer there, though.
Description of Work: They wiped the computer hard drive to get the computer working again.

+ -1 moreI'm very impressed with Neighbor Computer Services. These guys are computer experts. Their price was unbelievably low and they also stand behind their work. They also give out good advice. I'm very satisfied with this company.
Description of Work: I took my computer to them to have a hard drive problem solved. They were able to do this and I didn't lose any of my data.
