My Electrician did not replace the AC breaker and it died May 20013 and I had to replace the breaker to get my AC working again. In replacing the breaker we took off the panel to see some rust on the panel and the whole idea replacing the panel in 2011 was to move it out about 2 inches from the wall to prevent water leakage getting into panel and rusting out panel and this also was not done. I called 3 times in June 2013( 2 left messages and spoke to the owner Joseph Alongi who said he would send some out to look into this and never did. Poor customer Service after they got my $1000.

pro arrived on time, suggested modifications to my plans which I accepted, then complted job satisfactorily.

The job was completed exactly when and how it was supposed to be. Excellent work. I am very pleased.

I had a bedroom ceiling fan that was installed incorrectly by a friend and was making a "popping" sound. The guy from My Electrician came out, was polite, patient and professional. He took the fan apart, saw immediately the problem with the wires, and reinstalled the fan the proper way! When I heard noise a day or so later, he came out again, took his time to find the problem which I really appreciated (it was a piece of plaster that had fallen inside the fan motor) and pleasant and professional.

Joe did a great job and was prompt in starting, completing, and getting approval for the work

Good service, left everything clean, very professional . However, the price was on the high side. My fault . I should have asked before. I paid $180 for a 45 minutes job.

Emergency electrical upgrade, my new water heater needed more amps asap. Showed up earlier than expected. And, did a great job at a decent price. I can't fairly judge what pricing was or should be since the was an unexpected project and was not budgeted for.

Excellent work. The electrician was prompt, diagnosed the problem and provided the necessary supplies. Would definitely use again.

They arrived on time and fixed the problem in no time and also looked at another problem while here. Happy to do business again.
