Vinny and his team at McLeod Brothers were fantastic to work with. Our new home had its original wood shake roof (100 years old) with 4 layers of asphalt shingles layered on top. Vinny was extremely communicative, honest, and diligent - he stopped by the site almost every day to check-in. His team was incredibly efficient and very hard working. With a complete roof removal and installation there is always going to be some debris around the home (old roofing and nails), but his team did an incredible job of cleaning up. Vinny's team also installed new gutters and copper valleys - again, top notch work from them. I highly recommend using Vinny and his team for your roofing needs.

After many inquiring many roofing companies about the cost of replacing my roof, I hired McLeod Brothers to do this job. Vinny came to my house for an estimate with very detailed information. As a first time homeowner, I learned a lot about roofing. He explained everything and showed me what will be installed for my roof in order to qualify for the GAF golden pledge warranty. His professionalism and service made believe that work will be done correctly. McLeod Brothers took 1.5 days to work on my house. I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my garage roof last minute. Now my roof is looking amazing and I would recommend it to all my friends.

Danny was extremely helpful, responsive and professional in attempting to identify whether the valleys or other roof sections were the source of water leak. He also provided timely estimates for roof replacement

The job went extremely smooth. They were able to start the job the next week after the price quote. All the crew and President were very professional and polite. Felt very comfortable throughout the entire project. The work quality was exceptional. Would strongly recommend them. Very pleased with the price.

Once the job started in August, his workers arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. They were also responsive and professional in addressing our questions and concerns. During the week-long job, Vinny came to the house each day to show us pictures of the work in progress and to address any questions that arose. Upon our request, the workers even installed shingles on a Christmas stable we have in our garden! When the work was completed, the workers cleaned up and disposed of the related debris. We are happy with the results. It has rained hard a few times since the new roof was installed and my mother reports she no longer smells wet wood when it rains! Vinny and his team did a great job. The quote was clear (as opposed to other offers we received that had basic services listed as "add-ons"). They came when the weather was right. His team did everything they promised, and they did a very clean job (my kids play a lot in our yard, and I have not found one roof nail yet). Cost of the project was higher than the three other proposals received but worth the money. Vinny Cueva, president of the company, explained thoroughly what needs to be done and materials to be used. No surprises. His crew did an excellent job and completed the project as scheduled. All concerns presented was addressed to satisfaction. Will highly recommend to friends and neighbors.

The work took a little longer than initially expected but the workers were professional, hard working and courteous. It was a complicated roof with many angles. Vincent, the president, was always available to answer any and all questions. There also was an excellent clean up the day the job was completed. Highly recommend this company.

Vincent Cueva, the owner, came to my house and showed samples of the materials to be installed. He answered all the questions I had. After work started, Mr. Cueva informed me that the metal to be installed on the parapets, which was aluminum, was changed to sheet copper at no additional cost. The workmen started at 8am and worked to darkness. They were very courteous and considerate, and really did a beautiful job. I've had people stop and ask me if I would recommend them in the future, and I definitely would.

Excellent service. Vincent guided us through the whole process in a clear and precise manner. We needed the roof done quickly and within budget and they delivered. Our roof was started on time and ended a day earlier then expected. It looks incredible and we are so pleased with the results. They will do anything it takes to make you happy. The whole process went great. From the moment Vinny got here to the moment he finish the project he was extremely informative, fair, and professional. There were a few things I was interested in doing And I brought these projects up to him. So many times when you meet with a contractor they often try to sell you on other projects. Vinney did the opposite. he recommended either waiting or not doing. These are projects that he personally could do but recommended not doing since he felt they were not necessary. I trusted Vinney's recommendations because I did not feel he was trying to sell me anything extra. I have a few other friends that have used Vinney for projects on their houses (for a new roof and new siding) and they have the same recommendations and same experiences. Vinney suggested a number of different ways about finishing the project. He had a couple different ideas on ways to approach and finish it to be the most cost-effective. I price my job out with another company before I met with Vinney and his pricing was much less then the other company. The project turned out perfect. The new gutters look excellent And he tied them into my drainage system perfectly. The new slate and valleys are also perfect. We are very happy with the project and the outcome. Vinney was extremely helpful and he is overall a really nice guy to work with. He was extremely friendly to me and my whole family. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Within a few days of our call, Vincent Cueva, the owner, came to our house for an estimate. He was professional, and provided an itemized estimate for the roofing job. We later added a request for the replacement of gutters, and Vinny again came to the house to check what would be needed. He is a GAF Certified Master Elite Roofing Contractor, and that factored into our decision to hire his company. Start time was to be within two weeks, and it was. The day before the men were to start we received a call that the job would start the next day. Raul, Melvin and Enrique were here bright and early the next morning and covered bushes to prepare the house before they started. They worked hard all day, stopping briefly for lunch they had brought with them. Their work day ended at 6 pm. They were hard-working, diligent, careful and considerate men. Each night, before they left, the property was cleaned and in good order. We saw Vinny each day the job was being done. Previous damage to fascia board and plywood on a lower roof was discovered and replaced. We had good weather for the job and the men worked here for four and a half days. We are very happy with the roofing job, and all of our neighbors were very impressed with how quietly (Hammering - Yes; Music - NO), carefully, and diligently the men worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work.

I made sure to check the reviews on: Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau, GAF authorized installer, and internet searched for any company complaints. I narrowed my choices down to 4 companies by great reviews and A+ on the BBB. All 4 companies promptly sent me a written estimate via email. Vinny from the McLeod Brothers was the only company who reached my via email and phone. Vinny was also the person who made an appointment to come to my house to explain the job process, material involved, and showed me the shingle colors. I contacted Vincent, President of McLeod Brothers Roofing, Siding and Windows and he set up a next day appointment to inspect my roof. He told me what needed to be done after this inspection. That same day he emailed me a detailed quote for the roof work. I then decided to chose his company to do my roof work because Vincent gave me a detailed explanation of what had to be done and the price quote was fair. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. His company met and beat my expectations. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We called McLeod Brothers to come to our home and give us an estimate for new siding and windows. The owner of McLeod came to our home at the time he said he would be here. He was very prompt and had the expertise to advise us on the best materials and selections of siding and windows for our home. He also suggested the wider trim for the borders on the siding around the house and he was correct, it looks beautiful. McLeod Brothers estimate was very fair so we contracted them to do the job. They started on the day they said they would and were at our home on time, every day, until the job was complete. They were extremely careful and neat in our home when doing the windows. The job was started and finished in the time frame stated . The contractor /owner oversaw the work every day and was readily available when he was needed or whenever we had a question. We could not be happier with the outcome . Excellent! Job well done! The level of professionalism exceeded all others in my area. Owner sat with me and walked me through the entire process. He examined the area and explained in detail exactly what had to be done. I was visited approximately three times before the actual work began. Material arrived and the crew began the same day. Samples of the types of material to be used were presented and Town Officials were notified to acquire proper certificates for work to begin. Used Mcleod 15 years ago in prior house, contacted them again 3 years ago to fix an ongoing problem in my current home in a flat roof area - that problem was due to incorrect work over many years - solved the problem 100%. When we decided to replace the three layers of roofing on the remainder of the house, I contacted Mcleod and two other companies for quotes. Mcleod was right in line with pricing, and had great product knowledge. Hired, he showed up promptly. Job done clean and quick and roof looks great and no leaks or problems whatsoever. Very happy.

Great Job from start to finish. They explained the entire roof replacement process. They were on time and on budget. Very Professional, Courteous and Neat. What I thought was a nice is when one of the guys shingled my shed roof to match the house roof. I didn't even ask them to do that --- Nice touch!
