+ -1 moreHe was hired to open the sprinkler in spring which is a $100 job. He never said anything about additional repairs and billed me over $1000. If he had told me additional work was needed, spoke to me and gave me an estimate, I would have gladly entertained the work.

They came over and told me that they were doing the property for years and they would like to continue that with me. For ease of doing business, I just accepted him as my landscaper. It is just the overall value. For the price I pay, I do not think I am getting the value. I am getting basic maintenance for more of a high-end price. I think I should get more feedback and consultative type information from them in terms of caring for the property and making it look nice.
Description of Work: I have used Ferdinand Martignetti Landscapers. They did the basic maintenance.

Description of Work: I use Ferdinand Martignetti Landscapers. They are under contract with me so they come out weekly to do grass cutting and hedge clipping.

Description of Work: Freddy has been our garden/landscape/tree guy for many years. His workers are professional, punctual and tidy. Nothing is ever a problem in his mind. He invariably makes good on his word. He recently fixed a hinge that he noticed was broken, without my telling him. I would recommend him most highly.
