After using this company for 3 years, And having Doris and her crew come by for almost a year; to clean my apartment, it hurts that I would catch this woman stealing from me ! I caught this woman on my ring camera stealing hair accessories. It was so petty and unbelievable. Once I caught her and asked her to return it she pretended as if she could not understand anything I was saying. Once I arrived at the agencies office on north Avenue in New Rochelle, the owner Barbara pretended as if she could not see the theft in the video. She explained that this woman Doris has 3 boys so why would she want to steal female hair accessories and she is an un kept woman herself. After watching the video ¹ multiple times and zoomed in on it she finally admitted to seeing what everyone else who watched the video saw. She then said to me the more expensive the home the less is left out for temptation. She explained that the million dollar homes her ladies are used to going to have $100,000 high security so they leave nothing out for you to steal. I am so disturbed. A police report has been filed. Beware !

They were on time, courteous, and very thorough. They finished before I thought they would, because they worked steadily got the job done in a timely fashion.

They were prompt for a one-time deep clean of our house. They did as advertised - a three-person team arrived with all necessary supplies, asked a few relevant questions, and got right to work. They were thorough and focused. The work was very good - our house smelled refreshingly clean when they were done.

Hired them for a move-in service. They arrived on time with all needed products, did a very through job. My house was so dusty and left if spotless. Definitely hiring them again.

I was not a fan of this for a variety of reasons. For your sake will lay out a few of them below: My review (which I just wrote out) is too long and google wont let me post it, so here are the highlights: 1) Unprofessional demeanor - talks down to you, does not respect that maybe you know how to clean things too or how long cleaning things should take 2) Quick to point out why certain things are not cleaned despite charging significant fees 3) Came into my house for the first time completely un-announced (did not ring the bell or knock) 4) Started moving things without asking why they were there in the first place. Then, after being told that certain things had to remain in place for a reason, left things half-moved. Did not move things back, nor apologized for making a mistake without asking 5) Took WAY too long on the first cleaning which not ironically was the more expensive hourly rate (5 hours) 6) Too less than half the time for the second cleaning despite doing the same things as the first (why did it take so much longer the first time?) when it was a fixed fee 7) Cleaning was not sufficient - left conspicuous dust bunnies in several high-traffic areas, completely ignored dusting certain things (like TV screens, etc.) 8) When I called the owner to discuss, she did not even offer to have people come back and remedy (which if I recall correctly her website says they will do if you are not satisfied) 9) Overpriced - you can find people who will work for a fraction of the price and will do a better job 10) Do not bring all necessary supplies (like garbage bags) and do not care about leaving things as they found them when using your stuff 11) Do not ask questions and just assume they know where things go which resulted in things being left cluttered, garbage/recycling being mingled because they just tossed bags into the bin, etc.) They have some good reviews, but I had a terrible experience.

Workers were very rude .

They were very professional and quick at getting my home clean and back to normal .This was a post construction clean up and it was a lot of dusting involved. I would use this company again if I was in need of kind of service in the future.. L. Gilbert
