Maid Right of White Plains

Very poor customer service. I am willing to work on a solution, and she said she did not want to make it worse than it was. She said to keep it covered. One issue she resolved for me, and the other she is not willing to come back and fix.

5 hours to do a move-in cleaning, and I'm very happy with the work. Windows are a bit streaky, but given how much needed to be done, I'm not concerned. I'll be hiring them for future maintenance cleaning.

They were on time, two young ladies, and both did a very decent and efficient job of cleaning my home. Because it was the first time I used them, It was pricey.

Maid Right has been great to us. The staff is friendly and did an amazing job in our apartment. Definitely hiring again :)

We needed to prepare our homes for an important visitor and wanted our home to look itâ s best. This certainly helped us do this!

Barbara was friendly Nice and very professional However one of the cleavers said something vulgar about my mother not realizing I understand Spanish. Granted my mom had ocd so she was concerned with some of the things they were using.

I spoke with and trusted the owner, Barbara Regueno, but cannot believe what happened. the first visit, the workers broke my arc floor lamp and denied it happened. when we returned home, I noticed it tilting, and then all the debris fell from the base - was tipped over or something but could not balance and is now garbage. the owner was called and she believed the workers over me, although I sent her photos and my husband gave her a technical assessment of what happened. she then sent me the difference for the job (which they did deserve) for a replacement lamp and went over her estimate by over $50. as she claimed she sent me a notice of this which she did not. what a nightmare; I am still so shaken by the fact that she never even apologized and did not believe me and workers lied - how awful.

Great Service. My crib is Spotless. Will use this service again.
