The two women who came made me feel comfortable even though my house was pretty awful, and they worked really hard to make the house shine.

Extremely responsive and professional. I like how they bring their own equipment, cleaning products, step stools, etc so they can do a thorough cleaning and reach high spaces. Barbara, the main manager, was extremely professional and joined in the first cleaning session to insure it went well - and then followed up with me to make sure it was done right.

Not professionals. Although the people were well mannered and nice, not trained to do this work. Had not idea how to work unless given specific instructions, slow to finish and did incomplete job on projects they were given

We had Maid Right come to our home for a post-construction clean-up. There as a lot of dust and it was a big job, so I figured paying 80/hr would get the job done. Yes, the team needed more time but I am extremely unhappy with the quality of work they did complete. Here is a list of my issues: they asked to use our cleaning supplies, many surfaces were clearly wiped with a dirty rag, so much cleaner was sprayed into our toaster over that it gave an awful odor this morning and could not be used, the recycling was thrown into the trash can, they tried to throw away all the toys found under the couch... i could go on. From my perspective it appears that the team did not actually know how to clean and tried to rush through the job to give the illusion of cleanliness. Just tell me you didn't get to mopping the floor rather than spray some mop'n glow (my product). I expected a quality job whether or not the entire space was addressed and I got a sloppy job and had to spend the rest of the days tying-up all the loose ends. Costumer service was not helpful.

Brian (Ryan?) and Liliana arrived on time. This was probably a more complicated task than they expected but they worked long and cheerfully, doing a lovely job.
