While the drivers of the truck were lovely guys, overall this was not an experience I'd care to repeat. I ordered bulk topsoil and bagged compost. So far so good. We made sure the truck would fit in the driveway (it would) and I double checked the quantities because I only had raised beds to fill. The truck arrives, and they had pre mixed the compost with the soil. Fine, except there was much more soil than I ordered, so my extremely expensive compost was spread through multiple extra cubic yards of basic non-enriched top soil. Then as they're lifting the truck bed the hydraulic lift breaks, quite dramatically, because the truck is overloaded. The two guys ended up hand shoveling the soil, and I ended up sending back the excess (with my expensive compost!) because I've got nowhere to put an extra 2 or 3 cubic yards of soil. Finally, my driveway is covered--like really covered--in hydraulic fluid that spilled when the lift broke. After the drivers talked by phone to the nursery, the nursery was supposed to send someone out to clean it up. I made two follow up phone calls, and no one ever showed up or followed up with me.

Leonard outlined which plants he was going to put in. He put them in and many visitors have commented on how nice our yard works. He did do a nice job but is a little pricey.
