Marlon ghosted us before finishing the work we agreed upon and paid for. He completed 75% of the work, then as soon as he received payment he became incredibly hard to reach, started dodging phone calls, setting up appointments and then not showing up. It was incredibly frustrating to have our time and money wasted.

Marlon is professional, courtesy, clean, neat organized. He had a plan and completed the work in a relatively quick amount of time. I would hire him again/recommend him.

He was a great contractor. I would use him again. He was professional, on time, early, and the best price AC company has to offer.

It's hard to say what part was the best; was it that they responded so quickly, was it that I got to deal with the owner directly, was it the quality of work, the speed, the price. Tough call since I didn't have to pick. They were great with all of it. If/when I need more HVAC work, I'm calling them again.
