I just bought a house and inherited an unbearable pet odor smell in our basement carpet. We wanted to salvage the carpet and called Ed based on his reviews. So glad we did! He is very knowledgeable and professional, and also polite and genuinely nice. He assessed the job and offered us several corrective options. Ed and his team pulled up the padding underneath, cleaned the top and the underside of the carpet, and treated the concrete with miracle solvents that took the smell completely away! So much more affordable than replacing the carpet. Amazing work! I will definitely be using his company again.

Service went smoothly and took approximately 2 hours. The drying time took a little longer (48 hours) than the 24 we had initially planned on...probably due in part to house being so closed up during the winter.

The vendor was extremely cooperative in scheduling a carpet cleaning for Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013 at 9 AM. Unexpectedly, my family (including the crawling 11-month old baby) arrived early before the weekend. The vendor was unable to reschedule the cleaning so close to Thanksgiving. Our carpeting is due to be removed and the wood floors refinished without carpeting, so I will no longer be able to fruitfully use the coupon. The vendor has been very friendly throughout.

My carpet/rugs were, for lack of a better word, filthy. Ed did a great job and honored the $149 Big Deal price. He certainly could have charged more, as the stairs in particular took a good amount of time and effort. Ed is very pleasant and takes his job very seriously. I will certainly use his services again.

I almost regret the "strait A's" I have awarded other providers, because the quality of this work was so exceptional I'd like to single it out. Ed arrived, and we learned that stairs were not included in the Angie's List BigDeal--although there was no statement to this effect on the coupon. But Ed agreed to substitute cleaning the stair carpeting -- which requires much more manual work - instead of the carpet in the guest bedroom. His heavy duty equipment, and the hand scrubbing that Ed did for almost three hours made this 14 year old carpeting look new. He is now our official carpet cleaner.

Ed showed up right on time. He did a great job. The carpet in the basement looked like it was too far gone, but he got the job done. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The carpet that Ed cleaned was over 15 years old and had been subjected to high traffic and multiple pet abuse. It had never been professionally cleaned. Ed spent 3 hours on the job and rejuvenated some areas that I thought were beyond help. I was very happy with the overall outcome and was impressed with the professionalism and quality of Ed's work.
