Fair price. showed up ontime, did a quick and tidy job. Definitely the best tree pru ner/arborist service I have worked with in the Pelham area.

Juan Concha Arborist Service was attentive, addressed my needs, answered my questions, and was very punctual. The service was great! I was very pleased with the workers as well! They were very polite and did excellent work. I will have them work with me again! I would highly recommend them!

Not at all interested in resolving my concerns. When I asked about clean-up, he responded, "We're finished, " and my truck was full. When I asked him to stop by to show him my concerns, he was not interested. If you want to submit a poor review - "don't bother...'

Wish I could give 0 stars!! I was very excited to use this company but was extremely disappointed! The tree was being cut down, and it took this company days to return and remove the stump after demanding we pay in advance. They sent someone to remove the stump, and unbeknownst to us, they did not remove it properly and covered it with mulch. We decided to repave our driveway, which is how we discovered it wasn't done properly. We contacted the company and informed them about the problem; the owner was not only rude but also disrespectful. We now have to pay another company to complete the work we previously paid for. To get our money back, we'll have to go to court. See you in court!

The workers of Juan Concha Arborist Services arrived on time and were very professional. They were considerate of and sensitive to the neighbors and the noise. The got here at 830am and asked if they should start later. My husband and I were amazed of the work they did and watched in awe. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to whomever I have the chance to. Thank you again Juan Concha and Team.

Juan gave a very reasonable estimate, and he and his crew showed up on time. They were very professional and were able to remove a tree in my backyard. It was in a difficult location in the corner of my yard, surrounded by our shed and two neighboring sheds. They performed the job beautifully and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

He came to see location then I had to call 2 times he said he would sen email quote never set it!

Mr. Concha promptly arrived to assess and discuss the work to be performed and provided a quote. He and his team arrived at the agreed upon scheduled time. Work was performed with expertise - tree branches were removed and yard and driveway was cleared of all debris. I recommend Juan Concha Arborist Service for tree cutting services and would contact them for future work if and when needed.

It was good. He came on time. They took care of the problem. They cleaned up well. I would definitely hire him again. I would highly recommend them. He call before they came at the time that they said they were gonna come.

I had called other tree service companies today to schedule appt for estimate. One would not even see me for estimate unless I was willing to pay minimum of $350.00. Was I supposed to tell them what the cost of the job was? Anyway, Mr. Concha was able to come over same day I called, after he finished another job. He gave what I considered a fair price. He offered to come back with equipment in an hour, which was great for me. He did job quickly, neatly and I am happy.

Just terrific. He was a pleasure to work with. Professional and competent. He came with his truck and tools along with his coworker and they had everything organized and he knew exactly what to do. Midway through my trimming, my neighbor asked if she could also use his services and they struck an agreement as well. By the end of the day, all the trees in the backyards were nicely trimmed and I could finally see daylight!

Everything went smooth like a well oiled assemblymen machine. Juan was joined by 3 other workers-each of whom had a specific job-as 1 climbed both trees by dismantling the branches, barks etc.-while Juan & his other worker coordinated efforts on the ground cutting huge branches, barks, while another worker & one of his workers assisted going through my basement yo unload all the debris in their truck to haul away. They cleaned up both outside & inside the basement & also helped me remove cabinets both prior & after that partially blocked & impeded impeded the basement walkway. They also removed a large branch overhanging my neighbors backyard fence, that had been hanging their for over a year from a prior storm, upon which they in turn were too lazy to remove-yet Juan had not charged me any extra, nor did he charge me any extra having removed a small stump in my backyard.The overall job in total had taken 3 hours & 15 minutes from the moment they arrived until finish from cleanup.Quite frankly, based on other competitive bids previously, I did not expect them to complete this job as quickly, as they had & yet, they were extremely careful, as no barks or branches had hit, nor landed on attached neighbor's backyards.

No problems-crew worked as an efficient assemblymen.

It was an extreme pleasure doing Business With Juan Concha Arborist Service. Juan arrived earlier then the Scheduled time to put on his Gear and prepare his tools. He communicated Early on what the Job entailed and what he needed from myself (moving cars) He was very thorough and took care of all my needs and requests and left the Jobsite clean. He even cut the branches into pieces to use for firewood. I would gladly recommend Juan Services to anyone, he's very professional and very polite.
