House 2 Home Inspections

The house was a bank owned property in which the company agreed to complete the inspection in two phases 1) exterior and interior structure and termite and 2) electricity and plumbing. The inspectors were disorganized and did not come equipped with typical tools an inspector would have (i.e. flash lights, ladder to inspect the roof, etc). Needless to say, they didn't inspect the roof but just glanced at it from a far and in the report wrote "roof appears to be in good condition". A report was submitted with only half of the inspection done. The quality of the report was extremley poor. No real insight was given. Upon attempting to schedule the 2 part of the inspection, the firm cancelled 3 times, an hour or so before the scheduled appointment. We ended up cancelling the second part of the inspection and attempted to get at least half of our money back.
