They were very efficient. Once the windows were made they actually installed them quickly and efficiently. The time it takes when you first talk to them to the time you actually get the windows takes a long time and theirs a lot of confusion in between. Once the windows are here to replace they are very good.

The service was good. The dollar amount was extreme. The price was way too high. I will use this provider in the future for other things, but not for roofing.

It is often difficult to find somebody to help you in the store. Sometimes it would take 10 or 15 minutes to get somebody to help you. When I do find somebody they usually know what they are talking about.

The door was not standard size. It had to be custom cut by a wood mill. However, the installation went smoothly.

They were punctual and upfront about the cost.

They were extremely professional. Arrived within days of original phone call. Measured carefully, did calculations in front of me. Nice, please to work with. Estimate came in below my guess. Only concern was experience from neighbors across street (Home Depot did not get permit, and left wood outside in rain for a week). Eventually decided to go with another contractor.

Very fast and very professional. The customer service was great. I was pleasantly surprised and would use them again.

THEY HAVE A GREAT VARIETY OF CARPET AND COLORS. ALSO A GREAT VARIETY OF DIFFERENT CARPETS LIKE BERBER OR SOFT. I'M ALSO VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE VARIETY OF PRICES AND COLORS. THE SALESPEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I WAS SATISFIED, BUT THERE WERE SOME MINOR ISSUES. THERE WAS A PLASTIC INSERT THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I HAD TO GO THE STORE, AND CALLED AND STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL THEY CAME BACK SEVERAL WEEKS LATER TO REPLACE A PANEL THAT HAD BROKEN. THIS WAS ONLY AFTER THE THIRD COMPLAINT THAT IT FINALLY GOT DONE.

IT'S GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE. WE ARE SATISFIED. I DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CARPET INSTALLATION. IT SEEMS FINE TO ME. I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPARE IT TO.

THEY WERE NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS, FAMILY OR ENEMIES. THEY WERE VERY AWFUL. THEY WERE NOT INTO WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THE USE OF HOME DEPOT. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO DO. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE TOO. ALTOGETHER, IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

THE COMPANY ITSELF AND THE WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE. THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. WHEN THEY DO SEE YOU, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. THE DOOR WAS FINE, BUT IT WAS A DOOR THEY GET FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
