Handymax is not a broker, we handle most of the work ourselves, we are licensed and insured, EPA certificated. We handle small and big jobs, in and out, we have licensed electricians and plumbers linked to us. Minimum charge $120,00 We do not work by the hour. Material at contractor's discount. Landlords in need of help with management are welcome.

If I could I would grade him A+++. It was amazing. I called him the day before and he made and appointment for 5:00 the next day. He said he estimated it be $120.00 and I agreed. I changed the appointed to 5:30 and he graciously agreed however I ended up coming home early, calling him at 4:30 and let him know he could come when he’s ready. The job took only a half hour and went smoothly. Because of this he said he would only charge $50.00. It was incredible that he did that for us. He is a very pleasant young man and we highly recommend him to anyone. We are very impressed.
Description of Work: I hired him to replace the kitchen faucet.

He is quite far off but he is very easy to work with. He is very capable of doing many different things.
