Gentle Giant Cleaning Service Corp

We used Gentle Giant to soft wash our home and patio. They did a tremendous job!! the house looks great and the patio looks like new! Habari and his crew were on time, courteous and professional. They moved all of out patio and porch furniture to protect it and they even moved my flowers and planters in the front of the house so they would not get damaged. In addition they cleaned our foundation which was not part of the original estimate at no extra charge. I would use Habari again in a heartbeat and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for power wash or soft wash services.

Habari and his helper were excellent. Our house, fence, and shed went from dingy to pristine in a matter of hours. In fact, a neighbor texted as soon as the job was done to rave about how great everything looked. I would definitely use them again.

The job went very well. Habari arrived at the agreed time. He and his colleague did the job efficiently and thoroughly. I added the fence cleaning the morning of the job and Habari performed the additional task without adding to our original agreed upon charge. This is the third time I have used Gentle Giant. As usual Habari got right back to me after I left a message. He came the next day to see what I wanted done, and he came with his crew the next day (May 28, 2020) to do the job. They came on time and once again did an excellent job. Don't hesitate to use this company.

We hired him in the past and his work was very good. When we called him again, we were playing phone tag but we finally spoke. He came over to confirm what needed to be done. I was having a family event and he gave his word that he would get the job done, if not on the scheduled day, he would come the day of my event early enough to be finished in time before the event. I was hesitant but believed he would follow through with his commitment. He never showed. He called a few days later and left a v-message apologizing. If there was an emergency, then I think as a business professional, if not he, someone from his company should have conveyed that to us. Or a simple text would have sufficed.

I asked for a quote to have my driveway and sidewalk pressure washed and even allowed him to inspect my home without me being there. However, no response was ever received even with a follow-up phone call after. Very unprofessional to say the least but i'm glad I found out beforehand because if a vendor cannot be trusted to provide a simple estimate they shouldn't be trusted to perform the work.

I left a message and Habari returned my call within 24 hours. We scheduled a time for him to review the scope of the job and he gave me a quote. Since his work is weather dependent, he gave me a 2 or 3 day window for when he could schedule the job. He called the day before the work was to be done as well as the day of the job to let me know that he was on his way. He did an outstanding job. The siding on the house looks new and the walkways, fence and walls are spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this company for cleaning services.

Habari answered my inquiry within minutes and was prompt when answering questions. he and another gentleman showed up on time, looked over the project one last time and proceeded to start working. They did an excellent job, the house looks great! They were able to get the gutters looking brand new (they were heavily discolored) and even removed a stain that I thought would never come out. Habari also offered advice on care for the siding as well as expected life expectancy on the siding. I would highly recommend and will use again!

Conway and Frank showed up on time as promised. They did a great job. they worked diligently and quickly to finish the job. House, stone and decking looks great.

The business owner was extremely friendly and knowledgable when he came out to give us a quote. They were able to come out to complete the work the following week and gave progress reports as the work was being completed. The house was spotless when they finished. In addition to the pressure washing, they cleaned out an extremely difficult to access clogged outdoor drain, got rust stains off of our porch, and cleaned all of our window screens. The experience was nothing but positive from start to finish. We will be calling them back the next time we need the outside of the house cleaned!

Habari and his crew did a wonderful job - left our home, fence, and walkways like new! He powerwashed one day, and cleaned up any debris left by blown leaves etc. The upside was the windows got washed along with the siding so the house was left sparkling! The following day his crew painted the trim work and foundation on the house and installed new window shutters as well! They even came back a week later to install one shutter that had to be ordered later than the first batch....great service at no additional cost. Habari's prices are higher than competitors but his service and guaranteed top quality work would make me very hesitant to try anyone else. He is the best!

Gentle Giant was everything I could ask for in a service professional. Responsive, best price, and they did a great job. The house looks brand new! They even washed a side wall in the driveway that was not part of the job. I guess they just couldn't stand to leave a blackened and filthy wall behind! I highly recommend them!

Habari Cleveland and his team are the ultimate professionals from beginning to end. Habari came to the house and did a thorough walk around the premises and gave a very fair estimate. His team arrived on time and did an incredible job. I could not believe how beautiful the house, patio and steps looked after they were done. They even removed the green stains on the fence left by the lawnmowers. I cannot recommend them enough. Kudos to Habari and his crew and thank you Angie. Great company, did an excellent job of pressure washing the driveway, carport and basement steps, and also cleaned out the gutters. Habari is very professional and nice to do business with. We are extremely happy with the work that was done.

I dealt with the owner, Habari Cleveland, who showed up the same day i called him. He quoted me a price and went over everything to be done. Habari and 2 workers, Conway and Rocket, showed up on time on the designated date and got to work immediately. Their work was exemplary. Everything Habari had promised was done extremely well and on time. Habari even replaced the rotten wood on the ramp leading to the shed. Habari and his crew were fantastic from beginning to end! We had several estimates from other companies and Gentle Giant's price was the best for what was included. Our flagstone patio had some very tough algae-like and black dot stains from the previous owners. It now looks practically new! Our roof also had several stubborn green algae-like stains. The job ended up being more complicated than anticipated but Habari stuck to his original estimate. We couldn't be happier with how both the roof and patio look and strongly recommend Gentle Giant! Their results were superb and exceeded our expectations.
